Welcome to the family website of Paul and Jip Evans.
This is version 4 of amsri.co.uk. Having dabbled with a CRM (Content Management System) I have now turned to writing my own PHP scripts. The content doesn't justify a MySQL back-end, so this is made up of various PHP include files.
I am following Google's lead and dropping support for older browsers. This site is written solely in HTML5, PHP5 and CSS3. There is a some Javascript and I may even find a use for some AJAX.
I have left Facebook behind me and I did build a private Bulletin Board (or Forum) using the wonderful PHPBB3, but I have since found Google+ and I do like the concept of circles of friends. My family blog will remain with Blogger for now and our photos will stay with Flickr.
